At Whorley’s Ridge, every product is handcrafted in small batches on our homestead with care and intention. Because our products are handmade and personal care items, we have a few policies in place to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
By placing an order with Whorley’s Ridge, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on soaps, salves, beard oils, or other personal care items once they have been shipped.
Because our items are handcrafted and intended for individual use, refunds cannot be issued for reasons such as scent preference, texture, or personal results.
We encourage customers to read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is the right fit for you.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can review the situation and help resolve it.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once a package has left our homestead, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows a delay, we kindly ask that you allow the shipping carrier additional time to complete delivery.
Most carriers consider a package officially lost after approximately 15 days from the ship date. If your package reaches that point, please contact us and we will help determine the next steps.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our soaps and body products are made with natural ingredients and may soften if exposed to high temperatures during transit.
While we package orders carefully, we cannot control temperature conditions once a package leaves our hands. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for products that soften or melt during shipping.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and bringing your package indoors shortly after delivery, especially during warmer months.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. If an order has already been packed but not mailed, we may still be able to cancel it, though a small handling fee may apply.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
All Whorley’s Ridge products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, design, and size may occur. These variations are part of the natural beauty of handmade products and do not affect the quality or performance of the item.
